Debuting October 18, 2024, Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa will unveil Nobu Manalapan, a preview dining experience helmed by Nobu Restaurant Group and globally-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. The preview will feature the highly-acclaimed Nobu menu, known for its unique take on traditional Japanese cuisine with contemporary Peruvian ingredients alongside Nobu cocktails.
