Chef Daniel Boulud introduces Le Gratin, a Bouchon Lyonnais located in The Beekman. Inspired by his hometown of Lyon, France, Chef Daniel Boulud's casual dining experience is influenced by the notable bouchons and bistros of Lyon. The menu will feature classic French dishes and Lyonnais specialties. Iconic French dishes to share will rotate monthly while highlighting local purveyors.

Laissez Faire (new) is a high-end, bespoke cocktail lounge located on the cellar level at The Beekman. With a curated beverage program designed by Alex Smith and culinary offerings composed by renowned Chef Tom Colicchio, the lounge is meant to evoke what its founders describe as “The Future of Old New York.”
