The Lodge is totally surrounded by the eye-catching, and only golf course designed in New Zealand by Jack Nicklaus - A Signature Links Par 72 designed course, voted #1 course in NZ twice by a select team of Golf professionals, USA Golf Digest and more - The Kinloch Club.

Set on 254ha grounds including not just the Kinloch Golf Course, but working farmland and forest. Onsite is a 100% Organic ‘Prescriptions’ purpose built spa, tennis courts and swimming pool. Set on the shores of Lake Taupo with 3km of sandy beach and expansive vistas across the lake from the lodge and villas to the Tongariro National Park. This is the scenic hub of the New Zealand's North Island - it's outdoor adventure centre. Lodge and standalone villas (20) are 'quiet' in design, adhering to ‘modern design’ and Eco philosophies. Carbon neutral fireplaces, natural building products of solid woods – low emission and chemical use, local stone, natural fibers used in furnishings with 100% wool handmade - finished with authentic New Zealand (plus 1 x Picasso!) original and indigenous - valuable artworks.

Kinloch Manor dining philosophy has been created by its Kiwi owner and environmentalist John Sax. With a dedicated team of chefs featuring ingredients reared or grown on our nearly sister estate Treetops Lodge - 2500ha of near 100% pesticide free grazing land and organic gardens. World-class game, trout and estate-grown fruit and vegetables plus unique native herbs from harvested from the forest feature on the Kinloch menus. And of course, a wine cellar of award winning New Zealand and world wines, with expert advice on making the best possible matches
